Many people who have the Holy Spirit are taught that they can no longer be tormented or oppressed by demonic spirits. They have been told the Holy Spirit can not dwell with demonic spirits.

The Holy Spirit attaches to YOUR SPIRIT while the demons attach to YOUR SOUL(mind, will, and emotions). Your body(flesh) can swing either way. The fleshly desires battles the desires of the spirit.
Your soul speaks of your inner-life in *relation to your own experience:* your mind, heart, will, and imagination. It also includes your thoughts, desires, passions, and dreams. But your spirit speaks of the same inner-life in *relation to God:* your faith, hope, love, character, and perseverance.
The soul is our humanity that makes us feel emotions. The spirit is our deeper connection with the Lord when we believe in God and receive Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour.
Demonic spirits give condemning, fearful, and other negative thoughts.
Most Christians who have the Holy Spirit often confuse many thoughts they hear for only being from the Holy Spirit when many times its coming from demonic spirits. This is due to their anger, unforgiveness, pride, and sin.
Then the demons will tell them lies to hurt them or others, such as they couldn’t possibly have the Holy Spirit and demons in them at the same time, light and darkness cannot coexist, the Holy spirit cannot dwell in an unclean vessel with demons, etc.
*THE HOLY SPIRIT IS NOT YOUR REWARD FOR BEING HOLY, HE IS YOUR ONLY CHANCE OF BECOMING HOLY.*
Get Delivered by SURRENDERING AND YIELDING TO THE HOLY SPIRIT. His will, His way, Obedience to the Bible, A life of Holiness, Purity Righteousness in Christ. *Living and Walking in the Holy Spirit.*
