*What Sin Does To The World*
The world is being covered in darkness because of Sin.
This chaos, this darkness, this disorder is a direct result of Sin. And Sin is rebellion against God and his goodness.
If you rebel against *Light* don’t be surprised when you have *Darkness!*
If you rebel against *Holiness* don’t be surprised when you have *Moral Filt*
If you rebel against *Truth* don’t be surprised when you have *Confusion*
God is *Life, Light, Goodness,* the source of *Love, Joy and Peace!*
When we live in a way that contradicts his nature we live in darkness.
*HOW DO YOU INVITE GOD INTO A ROOM OR OUR LIVES?*
God is gentleman. He just wants to be part of it when you want him to be part of it.
God is a Gentleman knocking on your door. The Devil is a burglar, climbing into your house without you knowing and is causing problems.
*THERE CANNOT BE GOD AND SATAN IN THE SAME ROOM.* If you are filled with the Holy Spirit you CANNOT be possessed by demons at the same time. *SO CHOOSE WISELY. ITS YOUR CHOICE*
In the Scriptures the devil cannot even say his name. Because *THERE IS POWER IN THE NAME OF JESUS!*
God comes into our lives, our rooms by invitation only. *YOU HAVE TO INVITE HIM.* Talk to him like you talk to your father. Build a daily relationship with him.
*WHAT IS TRUE REPENTANCE?*
Many times Believers will *Regret* their sins but they don’t *Repent* of their sins!
Inotherwords they feel bad for it and they want God to remove the bad feeling that results from it, but they don’t wanna give up the behaviour itself.
They wanna be free from the *consequences* of sin but not from the *confines* of sin.
They wanna be free from the *Penalty* of sin but not from *practice* of sin.
They say “God give me relief in my mind, in my emotions and in consequence, but I’m gonna hang on to this just because I enjoy it so much and may come back to it from time to time” …
No my friend true Repentance says “God I align my thoughts with your thoughts about sin, I align my mind with your mind about sin, and I choose to reject that sin in all forms and for all time, in all measures, from now on”.
*THAT IS TRUE REPENTANCE AND IT GOES DEEPER THAN OUR ACTIONS*
